Eligibility for Refunds

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original proof of purchase is required
  • Final sale items marked "non-refundable" are not eligible for returns

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Altered or customized products
  • Underwear and bodysuits (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales

Return Process

  1. Initiate your return request through our Returns Center within the 14-day window
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Include the original invoice or packing slip
  4. Ship the package to our returns address (provided upon return approval)

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges for different sizes of the same item, subject to availability. Please note that size exchanges may take additional processing time.
